KB Seminars and Events

KB Chiropractic is making 2010 another opportunity to share important health information with our clients.  Follow our website's calendar or check in with the office to find out about our monthly in-house seminars and events.

Upcoming Events:

Annual Community Easter Egg Contest:  April 3, 2010,   Come celebrate the holiday and the beginning of spring with us at 40 Boulevard, Kingston.  Children make the event, so please bring them!  Our Easter bunny will be available for photos and fun, and food and drinks will be had!  Each child will receive their own individual Easter basket, have the opportunity to join in a coloring contest, and walk away feeling the Easter spirit.  Call the office at (845) 331-8010 for more information on this upcoming event.

Past Events (2009):

Thursday, Feb. 12, 2009- 6:30pm: "Enjoying Decadence in Moderation" - We will be discussing the health benefits of CHOCOLATE- where it comes from, how it can be good for you, recipes, and more! There will also be a CHOCOLATE TASTING with fresh fruit and organic choices!

Thursday, Mar. 12, 2009 6:30pm: "Be The Smallest Winner!" - We will be discussing ways to increase fitness (even for those who have busy schedules) and how to develop better nutritional habits. On Monday, March 16 we will be kicking off our month-long fitness contest "The Smallest Winner" (you know, like NBC's "The Biggest Loser" but KB Chiropractic style!) and this seminar will give attendees a head start! Whether you need a complete new workout plan, a diet makeover, or you just want to know a few tips and tricks for better health, we encourage you to attend! Refreshments and healthy snacks will be served.

Thursday, April 16, 2009 (time TBD): "Go Green, Eat Clean!" - We are hosting this seminar on the third Thursday of the month because we wanted to hold it right before Earth Day (April 22). We will be discussing the benefits of choosing organic foods over chemical, steroid-packed, mass-produced "food". The only thing better than choosing organic is also choosing local, and we hope to have some guest speakers from local farms to let you know how to choose the best food, where to find it, and how choosing locally grown food helps our community and economy.
